دورخدمة النقل الحضري العمومي في تحقيق البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة- دراسة حاةل مدًية وركة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروقات بين خدمة النقل الحضري العمومي وأحد أبعاد التنمية المستدامة والمتمثل في البعد الاجتماعي، وذلك في محاولة منا لإبراز مساهمة النقل في تحقيق متطلبات البعد الاجتماعي، وهذا بهدف تحقيق خدمات نقل جماعية تخلق نوعية في الأداء وتلبي الإحتياجات مختلف مستخدميها حاضرا ومستقبلا. وعلى هذا الأساس تمت معالجة هاته الدراسة إنطلاقا من إشكالية البحث التي تم طرحها على الشكل التالي : كيف يساهم النقل الحضري العمومي في تحقيق البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة؟ وقصد الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الجانب النظري للبحث، أما فيما يتعلق بالجانب التطبيقي فقدتم الإعتماد في دراسة هذا الموضوع على توزيع إستبانة على عينة من مستخدمي النقل الحضري العمومي في مدينة ورقلة والتي بلغ عددها70 استبانة، وبعد معالجتها بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية الـ: spss فقد تم التوصل إلى أن خدمة النقل الحضري العمومي تساهم بالفعل في تحقيق البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة.

On this basis, this study was processed out of the problem of search that : how urban transport contributes to the achievement of the social sowe tryimy to of sustainable development? In order to answer to the problem at hand by using the descriptive approach in the theoretical side of the search, Regarding the aspect of applied have lost accreditation in the study of this subject on the distribution of a survey to a sample of urban transport users in the city of Ouargla which 70 survey numbered, after processed using statistical the package program : spss has been reached that the urban transport service already contributes to the social sowe tryimy to of sustainable development.
