Abstract

The big industrialized countries have always a big interest For innovation, because it establishes a strong competitive weapon for any company; it also presents an important source of competitiveness, that last can be built by a major tool, which is the New Information technologies and the Communication ( The NTIC); the companies which win are the ones which know how to establish cooperations, work in network, produce and use collectively the ceaselessly renewed knowledge which they need to generate some value, this is assured by means of ICTS(INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES). The relevant use of ICTS (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES) presents an economic growth driver. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the use of ICTS (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES) within the group STPM Chiali, its integration, also to show its positive effect on the staff management of the group, by means of interview with the persons in charge of the concerned departments.
