dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the level of self –efficacy to paramedical team in some Algerian hospitals, (Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla and Al-Zahrawi hospital M’sila), the study sample consisted of (207) of the agents of paramedical team of nurses, assistant nurses, and Nursing supervisor, and midwives. The study used a measure of self-efficacy prepared by the researchers. As results the self-efficacy with paramedical team level was high. Also This study found that there are significant differences in self-efficacy of semi medical team due to the variable sex in favor of males on a scale of self-efficacy.en_US
