Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the impact of job satisfaction level on human resources performance in TEXMACO textile industry(Algeria), through the case study of SOITINE one of its branches in Nedroma (Tlemcen province). About forty eight (48) questionnaires were distributed on a sample of its employees. After analyzing their answers, we concluded that performance levels were high despite the mediate levels of job satisfaction for most of the factors except the team harmony satisfaction level which appeared as a very high level. In the sense that job satisfaction affects moderately on the performance levels in SOITINE, and high performance levels do not affect the level of loyalty as it found that despite the high levels of performance loyalty level is too low
