Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the reality oforganizational socializationinhealth establishment in Oranbyapplying The Haueter and colleaguessocializationscaleto a sample of142nursingjunior, thevalidity of the scalewasmeasured bycontent validityandexploratory factor analysiswhich resulted threenew dimensionsandthereliability of the scale wasmeasured byCronbach's alphacoefficientandGuttman coefficient ; Finally,theresearcher presenteda conclusion onthe compliance of thenew dimensionsof the scale withthe reality oforganizational socializationat thestudy sample.
