دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تفعيل مراقبة التسييردراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية SNVI

Abstract

حاولنا في هذه الدراسة توضيح دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تفعيل مراقبة التسيير, حيث أن نظام مراقبة التسيير يعمل على تقديم معلومات صحيحة لمتخذ القرار لأن المعلومات هي العمود الفقري للعمل الإداري في أي منظمة لكونها القاعدة الأساسية والرئيسية في الرقابة على الإدارة العامة,كما أن مراقبة التسيير تبحث عن إدراك ووضع وسائل معلوماتية موجهة لتمكين المسؤولين من التصرف وتحقيق التنسيق الاقتصادي العام بين الأهداف والوسائل وماهو محقق, لذا يجب اعتباره نظاما معلوماتي لقيادة وتسيير المؤسسة كونه يراقب فعالية ونجاعة الأداء لبلوغ الأهداف,وهذا مادفعنا لطرح الإشكالية التالية:مامدى فعالية نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تفعيل مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية؟, والهدف من هذه الدراسة توضيح ماهية نظم المعلومات الإدارية ومراقبة التسيير؛ و أهم الأدوات المعتمدة في نظم معلومات مراقبة التسيير؛و توضيح العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية ومراقبة التسيير.

This study attempted to clarify the role of information Systems management in triggering management control. Management control system Works to provide correct information to the decision maker because the information is the back one of administrative work in any organisation in the main of public administration. Management control attempt to realize and develop Tools of information to enable officials to act and achieve overall economic coordination between goals and tools. So it should be considered as a system of informationto manage the institution and to monitor the effectiveness and efficacy of performance to meet the objectives, and this is what prompted us to ask the following question: How effective information systems management in triggering management control in the economic institution? The aim of this study is to clarify the nature of information management system and management control; and the most important tools ofinformation management in management control, and to verify the relationship between the approved monitoring management information system; and clarify the relationship between management information systems and management control.
