الصحة والسلامة المهنية و دورها في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة حالة مؤسسة مغرب سيراميك ـ تقرت ـ

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور برامج الصحة و السلامة المهنية في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة الصناعية مغرب سيراميك بتقرت. و استخدم الباحث الإستبانة لجمع المعلومات، و اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة القصدية للعمال بقسم الإنتاج ، بحيث بلغ تعداد عينة الدراسة (60) عامل، و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الإستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss 20) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الإنحدار، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الصحة و السلامة المهنية في المؤسسة الصغيرة و المتوسطة محل الدارسة سائد بدرجة مرتفعة ،وأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصحة والسلامة المهنية لأبعادها الثلاثة ، في حين عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد تدريب العاملين على إجراءات الصحة و السلامة المهنية ،حيث بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مفردات الدراسة في العلاقة بين الصحة و السلامة المهنية و سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغيري السن وسنوات الخبرة الخبرة في العمل ، و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التكثيف من البرامج و الجهود التدريبية التي تستهدف توعية العمال من المخاطر المهنية وتلك التي تحسن من مستوى رد فعلهم اتجاه الظروف الخطرة، بما يمكنهم من تفادي الوقوع في الحوادث، وكذا اضرورة وضع المؤسسة نظام خاص بالتدريب بشكل رسمي وضمن خطط منظمة لصالح للعاملين

This study aims to examine the role of occupational health and safety programs in promoting organizational citizenship behavior among workers in industrial organization Magerib Ceramics' fans in Touggourt. And researcher used the questionnaire to collect information, and limited distribution process on intentional sample of workers method of production department, so that reached the study sample census (60) workers, and the analysis of data contained in the questionnaires by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (Spss 20) depending on the averages, standard deviations, regression coefficients, and the study concluded that a number of findings, including: the level of health and occupational safety in the small enterprise and medium grain cushions replace degree is relatively high, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between health and occupational safety of the three dimensions, safety and professional with organizational citizenship behavior in a small industrial enterprise and medium while there is no relationship statistically significant differences between post-training workers on health procedures and occupational safety, where results showed the existence of significant differences between the study vocabulary in the relationship between health and occupational safety and organizational citizenship behavior due to the variables of age and years of experience work experience, and had recommended the study the necessity of intensification of programs and training efforts to sensitize the workers from occupational hazards and those that improve the level of their reaction towards dangerous conditions, so that they can avoid falling into the incidents. E and well Adharorh institution develop a special system of training formally and within the organization's plans for the benefit of for workers.
