Etude de la phytotoxicité des extraits aqueux de quelques plantes médicinales sur l’efficience de la germination des céréales et de quelques adventices associées

Abstract

Ce travail porté sur la connaissance de la potentialité phytotoxiques des extraits aqueux d’Artemisia herba alba, Asphodelus tenuifolius, et Cotula cinerea sur la germination des trois espèces des céréales (blé dur, blé tender et l`orge), et une adventice (polygonum monspeliensis L) et aussi leur possibilité fongitoxique sur la mycoflore de contamination des graines. L’étude été menu dans les conditions de laboratoire (in-vitro), les graines des céréales ont traitées par le trempage dans l`extrait a concentration 5% dans deux différent durée (10 et 20min) et les graines de l`adventice ont irriguées par les extrait avec la même concentration. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’extrait d’Artemisia herba alba présente un taux de toxicité élevée sur la germination de blé dur et blé tendre (Simeto et HD1220) et pour l’extrait Asphodelus tenuifolius efficacité sur la germination de l’orge (Saïda) ensuit que l’extrait de Cotula cinerea est effectué sur la germination de blé dur et l’orge (Simeto et Saïda). Et aussi les extrait présent une différence très hautement significatif (p<0,01) sur la germination des graines d’adventice (Polygonum monspeliensis) qui inhibée totalement par l’extrait d’Artemisia herba alba et Cotula cinerea. Cotula cinerea présent une très faible fréquence de contamination par rapport autre traitement (hypochlorite de sodium, et les extraite d’Artemisia herba alba et Asphodelus tenuifolius), généralement le trempage pendant 20 min plus efficace par rapport 10 min sur la fréquence de l’infection.

This work is focusing on knowing the possibility the toxicity of Artemisia herba alba, Asphodelus tenuifolius and Cotula cinerea aqueous extracts on the seed germination of three cereal species (durum wheat, wheat and barley) and one weed (Polygonum monspeliensis) as well as its potential fongitoxicity on contamination seeds mycoflora. The study was list in laboratory condition (in vitro), where the seed grain was treated by through on the extracts at concentration of 5%in different time (10 and 20 min), and the weed seeds was treated by irrigation with extracts. The results show that the extract of Artemisia herba alba has lower toxicity on germination of durum wheat (Simeto) and wheat (HD1220), the extract of Asphodelus tenuifolius was effective in germination of barley (Saida) and Cotula cinerea extract was effective in the germination the drum wheat (Simeto) and barley (Saida), in addition on there was a significant difference between extracts of plants (p<0,01)on seed germination of weed they are inhibited completely by the extract of Artemisia herba alba and Cotula cinerea. extract of Cotula cinerea provided a very low contamination frequency compared with a other treatment (hypochlorite of sodium, extract of Artemisia herba alba and Asphodelus tenuifolius), generally the soaking about 20 second is more effective than 10 second on the contamination frequency
