أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على فعالية عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة مؤسسة ليند غاز الجزائر – وحدة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إيجاد العلاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في مؤسسة ليند غاز الجزائر- وحدة ورقلة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمة أغراض الدراسة، وأجريت هذه الدراسة علي عينة عددها (37) استمارة حيث وزعت على موظفين مؤسسة ليند غاز، وتم استرجاع (31 ) استمارة قابلة للتحليل، حيث استعين بعدد من الاختبارات الإحصائية لإثبات فرضيات البحث باستخدام برنامج spss. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أدىت استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال المطبقة في المؤسسة إلى تسهيل عملية نقل المعلومات بين المديرية والأقسام
