Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن المعوقات الاجتماعية وانعكاسها على تشكيل الهوية المهنية للمرأة العاملة في المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف ورقلة، وهذا من أجل تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي أقرب للواقع ومحاولة الوصول إلى تفسير ما هو كائن فعلا، ولمعرفة هذا عن قرب تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:كيف تساهم المعوقات الاجتماعية في تشكيل الهوية المهنية للممرضات العاملات بالمستشفى محمد بوضياف بمدينة ورقلة؟ ويندرج ضمن هذا التساؤل التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1- ما أثر المعوقات الأسرية في تشكيل الهوية المهنية للممرضات العاملات بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بمدينة ورقلة؟ 2- كيف تؤثر المعوقات الوظيفية في بناء الهوية المهنية للممرضات العاملات بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بمدينة ورقلة؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم إتباع مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات مدعمة بالملاحظة والمقابلة كأداتين مساعدتين، أما عن عينة الدراسة فقد تم اختيار المسح الشامل كون مجتمع الدراسة صغير جدا ولا يمكن أخذ عينة منه، حيث قدر بــ 32 ممرضة متزوجة. وبعد عرض وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال أسئلة الاستمارة والمقابلة ومن جملة النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في ضوء الفرضيات اتضح من خلالها أن المعوقات الأسرية والوظيفية تؤثر في تشكيل الهوية المهنية للممرضات العاملات بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف ورقلة.

The present study aims to reveal the social constraints and impacts on the formation of professional identity of women working in Mohamed Boudiaf hospital in Ouargla, And in order to bring this sociological analysis closer to reality, and try to give a real explanation, and to see this up close, a main question has been asked: How social barriers contribute to the formation of professional identity of nurses working at the hospital of Mohamed Boudiaf in Ouargla ? This main question includes the following sub-questions: 1. What is the impact of family obstacles in the formation of professional identity of nurses, working in the Mohamed Boudiaf hospital in Ouargla ? 2. How functional constraints affecting the construction of the professional identity of nurses, in the Mohamed Boudiaf hospital in Ouargla ? To answer these questions, a set of methodological procedures have been followed as the descriptive approach, in which we have been relying on a questionnaire form as an essential tool to collect information, supported by observation, and interview as a helpful tools, Concerning the study sample, the comprehensive survey has been selected, because the study population is very small, and it is not practical to take a sample from, where it is estimated by 32 married nurses. After presenting and analysing data that has been collected, through the questionnaire and the interview, and from among the results that the study has reached in the light of the assumptions, it turned out that family and functional constraints affecting the formation of the professional identity of nurses working in Mohamed Boudiaf hospital in Ouargla.
