تمويل المقاولة الفلاحية المصغرة في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من فلاحي ولاية الوادي لزراعة البطاطا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح ضرورة عملية التمويل للمقاولة الفلاحية (زراعة البطاطا) ، وهذا بما يعود على هذه الأخيرة من توسع وتطور كبيرين يسمحان بالمساهمة الفعالة في الاقتصاد الوطني ،حيث يتم من خلالها تحقيق اكتفاء ذاتي .حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق لإشكالية مدى قدرة المصادر التمويلية المتاحة والمتواجدة ضمن المحيط التمويلي للمقاولة الفلاحية على تلبية احتياجات خصوصا في مجال زراعة البطاطا وتحقيق درجة كبيرة من النمو والتطور، من أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية شملت عينة مكونة من 37 مقاولة فلاحية مصغرة لزراعة البطاطا في ولاية الوادي، استخدامنا فيها استمارة استبيان، ثم أجرينا معالجة للبيانات المحصل عليها عن طريق برنامج SPSS .v.17 ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه دراستنا أن التمويل البنكي ضرورة حتمية تفي بانشغال المقاول الفلاح وتلبية احتياجاته حيث تبن وجود علاقة طردية ذات قيمة معنويه بين التمويل البنكي وتطوير المقاولة الفلاحية لزراعة البطاطا، مع الإشارة إلى بعض التعديلات والاقتراحات حول الطرق والآليات التي يمكن اعتمادها لضمان السير الحسن للعملية التمويلية بما ينعكس إيجابا على المقاولة وعلى المواطن وعلى العجلة الاقتصادية ككل .

This study aims to demonstrate the need for funding for the contract farming (planting potatoes), and this is what is due to the latter from the expansion and development of large permit effective in contributing to the national economy, where it is through them achieve self-sufficiency. We have tried through this study to address the problem of the extent of the funding sources available to the ability to address and located within the Lease perimeter of the contract farming to meet their needs, especially in potato cultivation and to achieve a high degree of growth and development, in order that we have a field study included is composed of 37 contract farming mini sample to grow potatoes in the state of the valley, where we use a questionnaire, then we handle the data obtained through .v.18 SPSS program

It is the most important findings of our study that the bank financing imperative meet with concern Contractor farmer and meet their needs as straw and there are valuable moral positive relationship between bank financing and development contract farming for growing potatoes, with reference to some of the amendments and suggestions on ways and mechanisms that can be adopted to ensure Sir Hassan process financing which reflects positively on the contract and on the citizen and the whole economic system as a whole.
