أثر الرفع المالي على عوائد الأسهم حالة بورصة أبوظبي للفترة :2006-2015

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث فيما إذا كان هناك أثر للرفع المالي على عوائد أسهم قطاعات بورصة أبوظبي خلال الفترة من 2006 إلى 2015، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إستخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية إستنادا على: العائد على السهم (EPS) كمتغير تابع والرفع المالي مقاسا بمجموعة من نسب الرفع المالي (DA,DP,LDA,LDP) كمتغيرات مستقلة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي، سلبي للرفع المالي عند إعتماد نسبة إجمالي الديون إلى حقوق الملكية (DP)، نسبة الديون الطويلة الأجل إلى حقوق الملكية (LDP)على التوالي كمؤشرات لقياس أثر الرفع المالي على عوائد أسهم قطاعات بورصة أبوظبي وهذا في ظل التحليل الساكن، وجود أثر سلبي قصير المدى للرفع المالي ممثلا بنسبة إجمالي الديون إلى حقوق الملكية على عوائد أسهم قطاعات البورصة محل الدراسة .
