تقييم فعالية إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في القطاع الصناعي - لولاية ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الفعال لإدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في خفض الحوادث المهنية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في القطاع الصناعي، و استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و قد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عمال و مسؤولين للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في قطاع الصناعي، و اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على ثلاث مؤسسات صغـيرة ومتوسطة فقط ، حيث تم توزيع (159) الاستبيان ، و قد بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المستردة (90) الاستبيان، و تم استبعاد (45) لعدم كفائتها للتحليل الإحصائي ، و بذلك أصبح عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة و التي خضعت للتحليل الإحصائي (55) استبيان من مجموع الاستبيانات الموزعة ، و التي استخدم فيها أساليب و أدوات و معادلات الإحصائية المختلفة كالمتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و الأهمية النسبية و تحليل الانحدار لاستعمالها في برنامج( spss22). و قد توصلت لنتائج التالية : هناك علاقة عكسية بين إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية والحوادث المهنية ذو دلالة إحصائية لتسير كما وجدنا أن عوامل الأمن والسلامة البشرية لا تؤثر على وقوع الحوادث المهنية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كما تبين لنا أن هناك فورقات بين حجم الحوادث المهنية تبعا لطبيعة النشاط المؤسسة وكذلك تسعي المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لوضع معايير الأمن والسلامة المهنية لتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة.

The study aimed to identify the active role of the Department of Occupational Health and Safety in reducing occupational accidents in small and medium enterprises in the industrial sector، the study used a questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study and may be a community study of workers and officials for small enterprises and medium enterprises in the industrial sector، and the limited sample the study of three small and medium enterprises only، where it was distributed (159) questionnaire، and the number of questionnaires recovered has reached (90) questionnaire، and were excluded (45) for the inefficiency of the statistical analysis، and bringing the number of valid questionnaires، which were subject to statistical analysis ( 55) questionnaire of the total distributed questionnaires، and in which the methods and tools used various statistical and mathematical equations mathematical And standard deviations and the relative importance and regression analysis to be used in the program (spss22). And have reached the following results: There is an inverse relationship between the Health Department and the Occupational Safety and occupational accidents statistically significant to go as we have found that security factors and human safety does not affect the occurrence of occupational accidents in small and medium-sized enterprises also it shows us that there distinction between occupational accidents size depending on the nature of the activity The Foundation also seeks SMEs to develop security standards of occupational safety and to provide a safe working environment.
