المحددات المالية لإستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في المؤسسات الإقتصادية دراسة حالة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة - لولاية الوادي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف والتعرف على معيقات تبني تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لولاية الوادي, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم اختيار مجتمع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة, ونظرا لكبر حجم مجتمع الدراسة فقد تم اختيار عينة من هذا المجتمع , حيث تم توزيع الإستبيان على 40 شركة من الشركات الناشطة على مستوى ولاية الوادي, و تمت الإجابة على سؤال الدراسة الرئيس وهو ماهي معيقات تبني تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. ويتضح من نتائج الدراسة بان هناك تحديات في عملية تبني تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في المؤسسات, كتكلفة البنية التحتية وضعف موارد المؤسسة وعمليات التدريب, ونتائج المرجوة من عملية الإستثمار والدعم الحكومي, حيث أن كل هذه العوامل إرتبطت بالجانب المالي.

This study aimed to identify the obstacles to the adoption of information and communication technology in small and medium enterprises of the mandate of the valley, and to achieve the objectives of the study were to adopt descriptive analytical method was chosen as the SME community, due to the large size of the study population was selected sample of this society, where they were distributed the survey of 40 companies on the active companies in the mandate of the valley, where it was the answer to a question by a study of President What are the obstacles to the adoption of information and communication technology in small and medium enterprises. It is clear from the results of the study that there are challenges in the adoption of information and communication technology in the enterprise process, as the cost of infrastructure and weak enterprise resources and training, and the results of the desired investment and government support for the process, as all these factors are associated with the financial aspect.
