المسار التدريبي وأثره على فعالية المسار الوظيفي للعاملين (دراسة ميدانية في وحدة تحويل البلاستيك بورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على المسار التدريبي وأثره على فعالية المسار الوظيفي في عينة من مؤسسة وحدة البلاستيك ورقلة ، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم جمع البيانات اللازمة ثم صياغتها إلى إستبيان تم توزيعه على عمال المؤسسة، وكان عدد الإستبيانات الموزعة هي 30 إستبيان، تم إسترجاعها كلها، بحيث كانت صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليل للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، وكذالك الإعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائيspss وإستخدمت الإختبارات الإحصائية وغيرها بهدف الوصول للدلالات ذات قيمة ومؤشرات تدعم هذه الدراسة المتمثل في إحتمالية وجود تأثير للمسار التدريبي على فعالية المسار الوظيفي للعاملين في مؤسسة وحدة البلاستيك ورقلة .
