دراسة أثر الاستدانة على القيمة السوقية للأسهم "دراسة حالة سوق باريس للفترة (2011- 2014)"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير الاستدانة على القيمة السوقية للأسهم، لعينة مكونة من 31 شركة مدرجة في مؤشر CAC40 للفترة (2011- 2014)، وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات منها مصفوفة الارتباط لبيرسون لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرات، نماذج الانحدار غير الخطي البسيط، اختبارات استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية واختبار BDS لمعرفة مدى كفاءة سوق باريس عند المستوى الضعيف، وذلك بالاعتماد على البرامج الإحصائية EVIEWS9.0 وSPSS23. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة إجمالي الديون إلى الأموال الخاصة ونسبة الديون طويلة الأجل إلى الأموال الخاصة وبين القيمة السوقية لأسهم الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر CAC40، وعدم وجود علاقة بين نسبة الديون قصيرة الأجل إلى الأموال الخاصة وبين القيمة السوقية للأسهم، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى عدم كفاءة سوق باريس عند المستوى الضعيف.

The present study aimed at measuring the leveraged policy impact on the stock market value, The sample study comprise 31 a company involved in CAC40 indicator during (2011-2014), Many tools are used mainly the correlation matrix of 'Pirson' to find out the relationship among variables, simple nonlinear regression modals, tests of temporal series stationary and BDS test to find out the extent of Paris market efficiency on the low level by basing on the two statistical programs SPSS23 and EVIEWS9.0. The study concluded that there is a statistical reciprocal relationship between the ratio of total debt to private funds And between the stock market value of the CAC40 involved Companies, Meanwhile, there is no relationship between the proportion of short- term debt to private funds And between the market value of stocks, The study also concluded that Paris market is not efficient on the low level.
