اثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على الواردات الجزائرية دراسة حالة ( 1970 - 2014)

Abstract

قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بمحاولة معرفة ما مدى تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على الواردات الجزائرية خلال الفترة الزمنية (1970/2014)، و لمعالجة هذا الموضوع قمنا باستخدام بيانات لسلاسل زمنية تغطي هذه الفترة، وهذا بإتباع الأساليب القياسية , والمتمثلة في اختبارات الاستقرارية ونظرية التكامل المشترك واختبار سببية غرا نجر، وكانت نتائج هذه الدراسة قد أظهرت لنا عدم وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين أسعار البترول و الواردات ومن خلال هذا، تبين لنا انه لا يوجد سببية بين المتغيرين، اي ان كل متغير لا يتسبب في اتجاه الأخر، وهذا يعني أن تقلبات أسعار النفط لا دخل لها بحجم الواردات الجزائرية والعكس صحيح . " through this study, We have tried to know to what extent the impact of oil price fluctuations on the Algerian imports during (1970/2014), and to analyze this subject we used the data for a period of chains covering this period, following the standard methods, the task of preprocessing and theory tests joint integration and testing causal Granger, and the results of this study have shown us the lack of long-term equilibrium relationship between oil and import prices and through this, we show that there is no causality between the two variables, meaning that each variable does not cause the other direction, and this means that fluctuations in oil prices has nothing to do with the size of Algeria's imports and vice versa.
