دور الشركات متعددة الجنسيات في تنمية القطاعات الإقتصادية "دراسة حالة تنمية أنشطة المنبع لقطاع المحروقات بالجزائر خلال الفترة (2000 – 2013) "

Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة إبراز إسهامات الشركات متعددة الجنسيات في الإقتصاد العالمي، كونها اللاعب الاساسي في النظام الإقتصادي الدولي المعاصر، من خلال تزايد حجم نشاطها وتوزيعها الجغرافي والقطاعي، كذلك تنميتها لحجم تدفق الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بتدويله عبر مناطق العالم وأيضا تنميتها للقطاعات الإقتصادية وتركيزها على القطاعات الإستراتيجية في البلدان النامية، مع التطرق لدور ومساهمة الشركات العالمية البترولية في قطاع المحروقات بالجزائر من خلال زيادة نشاطها وتواجدها عبر مختلف مراحل الإنتاج، من البحث والتنقيب إلى الإستكشاف والإستخراج، لتظهر نتائجها الحقيقية من خلال زيادة حجم الإنتاج والإحتياطي للمحروقات، وكذلك زيادة حجم إستثماراتها المالية في هذا القطاع . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مساهمة فعالة للشركات متعددة الجنسيات في الإقتصاد العالمي، من خلال تزايد حجمها وتعدادها وتوزعها الجغرافي وتنوعها القطاعي، مع بقاء توجهها في قطاعات معينة في البلدان النامية، وذلك بمساهمتها في تنمية قطاع المحروقات بالجزائر مثلا وأيضا تزايد أثر نشاطها في العقد الماضي.

This study attempts to highlight the contributions of multinational companies in the global economy, because of his main role in the contemporary international economic system, through the increasing volume of its activity and geographical and sectoral distribution, as well as the development of the volume of foreign direct investment by exploit it and deal with FDI among the world and also develop the economic sectors and focus on strategic sectors in late developed countries, with taking into consideration the role and the contribution of oil and gas international companies in the energy sector in Algeria by expanding its activity and proving its existance in various stages of production including researching, exploiting and extracting the source of energy, to attein fixed goal and gain results through increasing the production volume and reserves of oil sector, as well as increase the size of its financial investments in this sector .

The study proves the effective contribution of multinationals companies in the global economy, by increasing its structure and its geographical spread in the word beside its sectoral diversity, with keep going steady toward its tendence by focusing in certain sectors which develop oil & gas sector in certain county like Algeria, , also the positive impact of its activities in the concerned sectors across the past decade.
