Abstract: The purpose of this study is to regulate behavioral aspects test to discover talented children in first primary school classes (first- second and third year) aged between 06 and 09 years within the Algerian Environment, in order to provide a psychometric characteristics test which is appropriate to the most efficient test. To that effect, we used a test elaborated in Saudi Arabia by Mr. DEHAM MISHARI according to Sternberg's theory of successful intelligence. The test is composed of three dimensions: Analytical abilities dimension (22) items, creative abilities dimension (22) items and practical abilities dimension (22) items. To achieve the study purpose, the student obtained a copy of the test which she administered to (663) primary school pupils, (234) pupil from the first year class, (240) from the second year class and (189) from the third year class, randomly selected from the schools of the district of Ouargla. To answer the study questions, 680 copies were distributed to primary school teachers and after answering, 663 copies were collected. The study assessed central tendency tests values, integral test divergence and the three abilities. Furthermore, the study has highlighted the psychometric characteristics test factors in a way to confirm internal test validity by way of finding factors of correlation between each item and the test in whole on one hand and between items and the dimension to which its belongs on the other hand and finally between dimensions and the test in whole. Validity was also confirmed according to distinct validity. Reliability factors are equally, found by use of Cronbach's alpha as well as partial fragmentation. Results have confirmed validity and reliability of the construct. Furthermore, differences in pupils grades regarding the three abilities and the whole grade on the behavioral aspects test are varying according to study level. In addition, the study has allowed us to determine the certainty point to be used to identify the talented child and the criteria according to which children grades are construed. Finally, such study is recommending the use of such test in initial identification of talented children during the age phase from (6 to 9 years).
