دور إدارة المعرفة في ضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي دراسة عينة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و العلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مفهوم إدارة المعرفة وضمان جودة التعليم العالي و قد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إدارة المعرفة من اجل ضمان تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي و ذلك من خلال معالجة الإشكالية الأساسية حول مدى مساهمة إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، فاتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري أما الجانب التطبيقية اعتمادنا عل المنهج الاستقرائي باستخدام الاستبيان الذي تم توجيهه لأساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح – ورقلة- كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و علوم التسيير وعلوم التجارية و هي عينة قصدية، الذي عالجنا به فرضيات الدراسة ، و بعد تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها باللإعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS ، وتمثلت أهم النتائج في "توجد علاقة بين المستلزمات العلمية الحديثة وجودة التعليم العالي"

this study is about the concept of knowledge management and to guarantee the quality of high education, this study aims to identify the role of knowledge management in order to aquire the high quality of education by treqting the principal problematic that is about the contribution of knowledge management in guarante the high quality of education so that in the theoritical part we use the descriptive method but in the practical part we use a questionnaire survey that is distributed to teachers of kasdi merbah university ouargla in the faculty of economic sciences, gestion sciences and commercial sciences and it is taken on purpose in order to treat the hypothesis of the study after analysing the results and exanining by the spss, the results show that there are a relationship between the modern scientific supplies and the quality of high education
