dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed to a preparation of perspective to suggested training program to develop the basic teaching competencies among primary school teachers. It comprises the topics, contents, objectives, duration, training methods and evaluation. To estimate the basic teaching competencies and the training needs; in which were included a questionnaire in its final term (25) items, was applied on a sample which was randomly chosen that consisted of (86) teachers. After analysing the statistics, the results have showed that all of the fields that figure (planning, practicing and evaluating) are all "very important" teaching competences and teachers need to be trained in" so high" level. According to these results,some recommendations advise that the most important is to adopt this perspective to the proposed program while training the teachers to know its effectiveness.en_US
