dc.description.abstractHeritage is a general cultural roots of the nation, as it reflects the identity and affiliation of civilization and the extent provided by the contributions to the evolution of human civilization, and despite the diversity of cultural and urban heritage in the Algerian desert, resulting from the presence of different architectural cultures throughout its long history, stemming from the natural environment in them, However, we note that it does not employ this diversity achieve sustainability in tourism, and thus violate the prospects for economic development of the country. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to stand on the reality of the urban heritage and sustainable tourism development by focusing on the Oasis Tiout existing state of the ostrich, which are exposed, including in respect of urban heritage and cultural risk of decay and fading with the study of the experience of Tunisia in the same field to take the success of which lessons.en_US
