التأهيل المهني للمراجع الخارجي وأثره علي جودة المراجعة دراسة ميدانية لعينة من محافظي الحسابات بولاتي ورقلة والوادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار اثر التأهيل المهني للمراجع الخارجي على جودة المراجعة والهدف من إجرائها، لما للتأهيل المهني من دور في إبراز جودة المراجعة من خلال طرح إشكالية مدى تأثير مستوى التأهيل المهني للمراجع الخارجي على جودة المراجعة من وجهة نظر محافظي الحسابات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قمنا بدراسة عينة مكونة من (41) محافظ حسابات من ولاية ورقلة والوادي ، بالاعتماد على أداة البحث العلمي الممثلة في المقابلة والاستبيان.وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التأهيل المهني معيار ضروري لتحقيق جودة عملية المراجعة.

The aim of this study is to show the impact of the professional qualification on the quality of the audit and the objective of this operation. The professional qualification plays a role in highlighting the quality of the audit by raising the question of the extent to which the professional qualification affects the audit quality from the point of view of the accountants. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we studied a sample of (41) account wallets from the state of Ouargla and Wadi, based on the scientific research tool represented in the interview and questionnaire, using the )EXCEL(program and )spss( data analysis program. We have concluded that vocational qualification is a necessary criterion for the quality of the audit process.
