الشرطة الجزائرية عبر موقع التواصل الإجتماعي فيسبوك: إستراتيجية العرض والتفاعل

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص الاستخدامات اليومية للصفحة الرسمية للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي فيسبوك من خلال الاعتماد على تحليل محتوى المنشورات والتعليقات التي يتم نشرها وتداولها ،بحيث تركز هذه الدراسة على أنواع المعلومات التي يتم إرسالها للجمهور )المستخدمين( بالإضافة إلى كيفية استجابة الجمهور لمحتوى المنشورات المختلفة. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا تقنية تحليل المحتوى في هذه الدراسة بالاعتماد على العينة غير الاحتمالية وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة قصديه وكانت عبارة عن50منشورا لمدة شهر من11مارس الى11افريل2017. وقد تبين أن المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني تعتمد في استراتيجيها التواصلية على موقع التواصل فيسبوك لتقديم المعلومات والإعلام بنشاطاتها أكثر من التفاعل وذلك لبناء صورة ذهنية ايجابية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى التفاعل لان معظم التعليقات به كانت ذات طابع تعبيري لأنها تعتبر مجالا مخصصا لتقديم الذات لان التعبير كان بطريق عاطفية بعيدا عن النقاش العقلاني والمنطقي والنقدي .

The present study is aiming at checking the daily use of official page of the general direction of the national security through the social media sites Facebook relying open the analysis of the content of the publication and comments posted on .the study focuses on the different types of information sent to user it also analyses the users response to the different publications. we adopted the descriptive method as well as the content analysis technique upon the use of the mon –probable sample chosen intentionally. it consists of 50 publications posted for one months from march 11th to April 11th. it's proven that the gdns relives on Facebook as a communicate means for announcement and information ,but not as a reactive means in order to establish a positive impression in the Facebookers ,mind in a hand. in the other hand ,the veactiont was mostly expressively emotive that is too far of being rationally critically or logically expressed.
