محددات الابداع التكنولوجي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة عينة من المؤسسات بولاية تقرت وورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مؤثرات الابداع التكنولوجي في عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمدينة تقرت وورقلة، واعتمده الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغ عينة الدراسة من 100 عامل إداري في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة، والأداة المستخدمة هي الاستبيان لجمع البيانات اللازمة ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة، ثم التحليل باستخدام برنامج spss19، بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها ومن أهما مستوى توفر المحددات الخارجة في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة كان بمستوى مرتفع أما المحددات الداخلية كان بمستوى متوسط من جهة, في حين توفر الإبداع التكنولوجي بمستوى مرتفع من جهة أخرى , وتوصلنا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين المحددات الداخلية والخارجة من جهة والإبداع التكنولوجي من جهة أخرى في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة.

The study aimed to identify the effects of technological innovation in a sample of small and medium enterprises in the city of Tougourt and Ouargla. The study was based on the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 100 administrative workers in the small and medium enterprises in the study. The tool used is the questionnaire to collect the necessary data, Study, and analysis using the spss19 program, based on arithmetical averages, standard deviations, multiple regression analysis, The study found many results. Most importantly, the level of availability of the external determinants in the small and medium-sized enterprises under study was high. The internal determinants were at an average level on the one hand, while the technological innovation provided a high level on the other, and we found a strong correlation between the determinants On the one hand, and technological innovation on the other, in small and medium-sized enterprises under study.
