Abstract: The present research paper proposes a reflection built on (based on) a scientific bibliography issues concerned with pesticides and their residual traces on fruits and veggies at the agricultural greenhouses (confined space), also the study focuses on the consequences of these chemicals on the environment and the human’s health. The study aims to evaluate the quality of some fruits and vegetables that already have been treated by those pesticides according to the agricultural norms or routines followed by the Wilaya of Biskra, those products are also sold through all the Algerian territory. The supposedly existence of pesticides in fruits and veggies is increasingly preoccupy the Algerian consumers. The consumers frequently ask many questions in relation with the supposed risks or dangers of some traces and residuals of the pesticides on nutrition. The idea of protecting consumers’ health and economic interests by improving the quality and the safety of foods, especially that resolutions of who and its all branches around the world that restrict those residuals. A set of analyses were conducted on some samples of fruits and veggies originates from greenhouses at the Wilaya of Biskra. To achieve these analyses, the following methods were accepted:  GC/MS (Gas Chromatrographyl-Mass Spectrometry) • GC/MS/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy) • LC/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) • LC/MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography Tandem-Mass Spectrometry) • XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) The extracts to analyze, have as a content pesticides and some interferon’s. This stage allows the simplification and the purification of the matrix, such as the wash of the sample. Generally, the methods of purification are based on liquid extraction. To determine the residues of pesticides, it is necessary to know its environmental future impacts and mainly its residual traces on human nutrition, fruits and veggies. Studying their existence on foods is a recent issue, which proves that some phytosanitray elements pass to the foods. The national authorities seem in failure to establish a serious control, nor before, neither after the sold of these veggies and fruits all over the country.
