فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الفن التشكيلي لتأهيل أطفال التوحد دراسة ميدانية لـ : ثلاث حالات بعيادة بسمة للصحة النفسية _ورقلة_

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية، إلى الكشف عن مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي، قائم على الفن التشكيلي، لتأهيل أطفال التوحد، على عينة مكونة من 03 حالات لأطفال شُخصوا على أنهم يعانون من مستوى بسيط، لسلوك يتعلق بالتوحد ، اعتمدنا على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو تصميم المجموعة الواحدة لمعرفة الفروق بين القياس القبلي و القياس البعدي بعد إدخال المتغير التجريبي ، و ذلك بالاستخدام المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة، اختبار(2(CARS-، مقياس (Florence Anderson)، مقياس (HELP) ، و البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الفن التشكيلي، لتأهيل أطفال التوحد، للباحث عوض بن مبارك اليامي(2006) ، و ذلك في الفترة الممتدة ما بين: 17/12/2016 إلى 14/03/2017 بعيادة بسمة للصحة النفسية ورقلة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج التالية : 1. وجود فروق بين القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي، في اكتساب المهارات اللغوية، والإدراكية والانفعالية، والاجتماعية والبدنية، لدى أطفال التوحد -عينة الدراسة- بعد تطبيق البرنامج، وذلك من خلال ما يلي: أ.تنمية الناحية اللغوية، من خلال، إكساب الطفل بعض المفردات اللغوية. ب. تنمية الناحية الإدراكية، من خلال، التعرف على الأشكال والألوان، وتسميتها واستعمالاتها. ج. تنمية بعض القدرات العضلية لدى الطفل، من خلال، ممارسة النشاطات الفنية. د. تنمية الناحية الانفعالية، من خلال، الأنشطة الصغيرة الناجحة. ه. تنمية التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال، ممارسة الأنشطة الفنية. 2. تم إكساب الأطفال مفردات لغوية المستهدفة في البرنامج التدريبي لتأهيل الأطفال كالتالي: أ. تم تعليم الأطفال كلمة دائرة، من خلال، تعاملهم مع الطالبة الباحثة، وترديدهم لكلمة دائرة، كما أنهم باستطاعتهم التعرف على الدائرة من خلال حياتهم اليومية. ب. تم تعليم الأطفال كلمة برتقالي، من خلال البرنامج، وباستطاعتهم الآن، التعرف على اللون البرتقالي في حياتهم العامة. ج. تم تعليم الأطفال كلمة دائري، وباستطاعتهم الآن، التعرف على مصطلح دائري بطريقة عملية من خلال، ما يوجد حولهم من أشكال دائرية. د. تم تعليم الأطفال كلمة برتقالة، وباستطاعتهم الآن، التعرف على البرتقالة من خلال، مجموعة فواكه.

The aim of the current study was to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on plastic art for the rehabilitation of autistic children on a sample of 30 cases of children who were diagnosed as suffering from a minor level of behavior related to autism. The differences between pre-measurement and post-measurement after the introduction of the experimental variable, using the semi-directional clinical use, the CARS test, the Florence Anderson scale, the HELP scale, the art-based training program for the rehabilitation of autistic children , To researcher Awad bin Mubarak al-Yami (2006), in the extended period Between 17/12/2016 to 14/03/2017 at Basma Mental Health Clinic Ouargla. The present study has reached the following results: .1There are differences between pre-measurement and post-measurement in the acquisition of language, cognitive, emotional, social and physical skills among autistic children, after studying the program, through the following: A. Development of the linguistic aspect, through, the child to get some vocabulary. B. Development of the cognitive aspect, through the recognition of shapes and colors, and their name and uses. C. Some muscle development capacities of the child, through the exercise of artistic activities. D. The emotional development, through, small and successful activities. E. The development of social networking, through the exercise of artistic activities. . 2The children were given language vocabulary - targeted in the training program for the rehabilitation of children as follows: A. The children were taught a circle word, through their interaction with the student student, their conversation with a circle word, and they were able to recognize the circle through their daily lives. B. The children were taught an orange word, through the program, and now they can recognize orange in their public lives. C. Children have been taught a circular word, and they can now recognize a circular term in a practical way through the circular shapes around them. D.
