Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة المرأة في التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر من خلال تفعيل دورها في المجال المقاولاتي، والتعرفعلى أهم العقبات التي تواجهها وإشارة لنسبة استفادتهن من مختلف آليات والأجهزة المؤسسساتية إلا أنه تبين أنها قليلة ، حيثأفرزت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي مست 53 مقاولة من ولاية ورقلة لمختلف القطاعات والتي تم معالجتها عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS :  للمرأة المقاولة مكانة متواضعة في الجزائر ويعود للتسهيلات التي تقدمها الدولة .  للمرأة المقاولة خصائص ومؤسهلات مهمة تمكنها من المساهمة في الاقتصاد الجزائري .  الإجراءات اللحصول على القروض أهم عائق يحد من مساهمة المرأة المقاولة في التنمية  المرأة الجزائرية لديها من المؤسهلات و الخصائص التي تجعلها تنجح في هذا المجال و تساهم بذلك مساهمة إيجابية في الحياة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية .
