The objective of this work is essentially to demonstrate the health risk of the reuse of purified wastewater (regret) in crops cultures. Our experimental protocol based on microbiological analysis of the dates of date palms which is irrigated by purified wastewater (had) by comparing with the witness that irrigated by the drilling water (EF) in the same perimeter. The results of the irrigation water analyses show that they are salted with very high electrical conductivity. of poor microbiological quality for purified wastewater from the Ouargla step. This resource can cause a serious problem of salinization. The microbiological analysis of the dates (ghars) irrigated with the had confirms the presence of fecal coliforms including Escherichia coli. That exceeds the value of the current standards (5, 72.102 germs/ml). On the other hand, the results for the dates irrigated by the EF are acceptable. Yeasts and moulds are not appreciable for both types of samples.en_US
