أثر سياسة توزيع الأرباح على قيمة أسهم المؤسسة دراسة عينة من المؤسسات المدرجة في بورصة قطر للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة 2014-2016

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير سياسة توزيع الأرباح على القيمة المؤسسة الاقتصادية المسعرة في البورصة من خلال تقدير نموذج يفسر تأثير التغيرات الإجمالية لأسعار السوقية للأسهم من خلال اختيار عينة مكونة من 25 مؤسسة مدرجة في سوق قطر للأوراق المالية موزعة على عدة قطاعات باستثناء القطاع المالي في الفترة بين 2014/2016 ، إضافة إلى تبيان أكثر أشكال سياسة توزيع الأرباح تأثيراً على القيمة المؤسسة المسعرة ، وهذا من خلال استعمال الانحدار الخطي البسيط لإجراء هذه الاختبارات خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سياسة توزيع الارباح وقيمة المؤسسة عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 ، كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى التوزيعات النقدية تعتبر من اكثر الاشكال للأرباح تأثيرا على القيمة المؤسسة المسعرة في البورصة .

This present study aimed at contrasting and measuring the impact of dividend policy on market value of economic companies, through estimating a model that explain the effect of this policy on the overall changes of the market’s price of this shares « the enterprises value ». To tackle the present study, we needed sample of 25 enterprises listed in Qatar stock Exchange set in several sectors which exception of the financial sector within the period lasting between 2014-2016. as well as We tried to shed light on the most common forms of dividend policy influence on the market value of the company through the use of the multiple and simple linear regression for the making of the tests. The present study’s conclusion shows a statistically significant relationship between dividend policy and the company’s value at a significance level of 5%. its show also that the cash dividend c considered as one of the most common forms having impact on the company’s market value.
