Abstract

اجريت هذه الدراسة ضمن المشاريع التي يقوم بها مخبر " تثمين الموارد الصحراوية "(VPRS) مع التعاون مع المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات - تقرت-. -حيث اجرينا الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا لمستخلصات نبات inermis Lawsonia، اظهرت النتائج ان بكتيريا Staphylococcus aureus حساسة لمستخلصات نبات الحناء و على العكس ان البكتيريا Esherichia coliو Pseudomonasمقاومة، وأظهرتالنتائج ان كل من مستخلصي بذور بسكرة، بذور أدرارلها أكبر أثر (أكبر قطر تثبيط 23.5،21.5)، كماتبين ان مستخلصات البذور تحتوي على أكبر كمية من المركبات الفينولية polyphénols لذلك كان لها أكبر قطر تثبيط .
