Abstract: This study aimed to identify the personal type (A) and the type (b) among teachers of primary phase from the perspective of students and its relationship with the academic achievement. It was conducted on a sample of 750 students of the fifth year primary , residing in mostaganem.during the 2015 – 2016 school years.
