dc.description.abstract | Une série de compositions de céramiques piézoélectrique de type PZT de formule générale Pb 1-x Yx/2 Bix/2 [(Zr 0.53 Ti0.47 ) 0.92 – (Mn 1/3 Sb 2/3 ) 0.08] O 3 où x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 successivement, ont été élaborées par voie solide et à une température de frittage 1100°C. Plusieurs techniques ont été utilisées pour caractériser nos produits : la diffraction de rayon X (DRX) et la spectroscopie Raman. Cette étude nous à permis de dégager un certain nombre de résultats : la densité est maximale pour un taux de dopage qui corresponde à une valeur de x=2%, l’ensemble des échantillons sont cristallisés dans une structure tétragonale, cett e phase tétragonale de cristallisation est confirmé par la spectroscopie Raman.A series of piezoelectric ceramic compositions Pb1-x Yx/2 Bix/2 [(Zr 0.53 Ti0.47 )0.92 – (Mn 1/3 Sb2/3 )0.08] O 3 where x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 successively , were prepared by solid route and at a temperature of sintering 1100°C. This study with allowed us to release a certain number of results: the density is maximum for a rate of doping which corresponds to a value of x=2%, the whole of the samples are crystallized in a structure tetragonal, this phase tetragonal of crystallization is confirmed by the Raman spectroscopy. | - |
