Abstract: The objective of this study was to highlight the effect of administrative leadership patterns on the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors in the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences. The study sample consisted of all administrative personnel working in the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences. , To analyze and extrapolate the results. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire, which included 41 paragraphs to collect preliminary information from the study community, was designed.
