Abstract: This study aims at evaluating the reality of the predictive management of jobs and competencies(GPEC) in the Economic Service Establishment of Algeria Mobilis, through a field survey of the phenomenon at the level of the south east Regional Directorate during the period 2008-2015. using The interview and the institution's documents as tools to study and analyze the phenomenon. this study resulted the existence of the desire and awareness to adopt the predictive management of jobs and competencies path in the Mobilis Foundation.
