نحو تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسات قطاع صناعة الاسمنت الجزائرية -دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2000-2016)-

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة واقع التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسات صناعة الاسمنت العمومية في الجزائر من خلال دراسة اشكالية مهمة تدور حول واقع تحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسات صناعة الاسمنت العمومية الجزائرية ، وهذا لخصوصية قطاع صناعة الاسمنت بالنسبة للتنمية المستدامة فمؤسسات الاسمنت اصبحت امام رهان وضرورة تبنى مفهوم التنمية المستدامة بمختلف ابعادها ، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة شملت 59 فقرة وذلك لجمع المعلومات الاولية من مجتمع الدراسة بالإضافة الى استعمال اداة المقابلة ، وعلى ضوء ذلك تم تجميع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها انه توجد استراتجية واهتمام في مؤسسات قطاع الاسمنت في الجزائر لتبني مفهوم التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاثة ، فقد كشفت الدراسة الى تحكم مؤسسات الاسمنت في تطبيق البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة ، بالإضافة الى تحقيق البعد البيئي ، كما يوجد اهتمام لتبنى البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة .

This research aimed to study the reality of sustainable development in the Algerian public enterprises in the cement industry through the study of an important problematic revolves around the reality of achieving the dimensions of sustainable development in the Algerian public enterprises in the cement industry, And that due to the specificity of the cement industry for the sustainable development for that the cement enterprises have become in front of a bet and in need to adopt the concept of sustainable development in its various dimensions and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher designed questionnaire included 59 paragraph to gather preliminary information from the study population as well as the use of the interview tool, on that data were collected, analyzed and test hypotheses using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), The study achieved to a set of results which the most important is the existence of strategy and interest in the cement sector enterprises in Algeria to adopt the concept of sustainable development in its three dimensions, so the study revealed that the cement enterprises control in the application of the economic dimension of sustainable development, in addition to achieving the environmental dimension, and there is attention to the adoption of the social dimension of sustainable development.
