dc.description.abstractThe study aims to evaluate the performance of King Faisal University on the light of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dimensions which are (customer, financial, internal Business processes, learning and growth), and to achieve this goal a questionnaire was developed and applied on a sample staff of employees (270) at King Faisal University, then data were collected to be analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis. The results showed that balanced Scorecard was found at King Faisal University moderately for: (financial, internal operation, learning and growth), and in high degree for customer's dimension. the result also revealed that there were differences between males and females on dimensions of a balanced performance measurement in favor of males, as well as for the benefit of scientific specialization comparing to theoretical in all dimensions except customers; and the results showed that there is impact of years of experience and educational degrees among subjects on their opinions to use the Scorecard balanced At king Faisal University.en_US
