dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at finding out the relationship between psychological health of middle school’s teachers and its relation to their functional performance in some of middle schools in Msila in Algeria, for the school year 2015/2016, and the results of the study showed that both the psychological health and the functional performance of the study sample are at high level, and there exist a positive correlation which is statistically significant between the variables of the study. the study concluded a set of proposals in the light of the previous results.en_US
