Abstract: This research seeks to determine the impact of the bases of the international competitive system,which participates in forming the industrial climate,designed for the performance of the international organisations , by applying the model "Porter".This is done by refering to the principale and associating limitations through which the competitive advantage to make industrial food in the South east of Algeria. And the deduced results show the negative impact towards most of these limitations (factors of production, local demand, firm strategy ) except the role of government where the impact was positive but poor in making the competitive advantages of industrial food of the Algerian South east firms. Morever, a survey showed that these firms still face a lot of obstacles such as poor training levels, the education of th labour force, and the relience on importing the raw material because of the low agricultural production and the incomplete use of the productive energy in addition to the low investment and marketing most production inside the local market, further more poor quality levels and the role of the supporting firms.
