Abstract: Oil prices witnessed a decline between 2014 and 2016, which negatively affected the economies of oil-exporting countries, especially Saudi Arabia. The oil sector is the main source of income from Saudi Arabia's gross domestic product, which has led to planning for economic diversification. Vision Saudi Arabia 2030 ", we will attempt to highlight the strategy of economic diversification of the Saudi economy in accordance with the national transformation program 2020 and the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. Therefore, Saudi Arabia seeks to promote growth in other sectors and to establish the thinking of the contractor among the Saudis and Increased the activity of small and medium enterprises, and therefore set two main objectives for small and medium enterprises. The first is to increase the contribution of the SME sector to GDP and to 35% by 2030 and the second is to increase the proportion of employees working in this sector from 53% by 2020.
