محاولة تقييم دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة في الجزائر للفترة 2003- 2016

Abstract

أمام حرية الأسواق واقتصاد العولمة تواجه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة عدة صعوبات متباينة تعيق نموها واستمراريته، من هذا أضحت أهمية استحداث منظومة مرافقة للمؤسسات خاصة الصغيرة منها تعمل على دعم ورعاية هذه المؤسسات والمتمثلة في حاضنات الأعمال. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة في الجزائر ولإجراء عملية التقييم تم القيام بدراسة تطبيقية على حاضنات الأعمال المتواجدة على المستوى الوطنى، عبر توزيع استمارات الاستبيان البالغ عددها (66) باعتبارها العينة المجتمعية، حيث بلغ عدد الاستمارات المسترجعة والصحيحة (30) استمارة استبيان خضعت للمعالجة الإحصائية. وقد بينت نتائج تقييم حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر من خلال النتائج الإحصائية المحققة بتوظيف مؤشرات (معايير الاختيار، التدريب المتخصص، خدمات الحاضنة) على اعتبار عامل (التدريب المتخصص) العامل الأساسي المحقق لتنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة المحتضنة، واعتبار العوامل التالية (معايير اختيار المشاريع، الخدمات المتاحة) عوامل تحتاج إلى تحسين.

To the free market economy and globalization faced by small and medium enterprises several different difficulties that impede the growth and continuity, this has become the importance of creating a private escort small ones for the system organizations working to support and care for these institutions and of business incubators.
