دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة – المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية وحدة ورقلةSNVI

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولذلك حاولنا في هذه الدراسة الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في ماهية دور لوحة القيادة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية؟ ولمعالجة هذه الإشكالية قمنا بإجراء دراسة نظرية وتطبيقية للموضوع باستخدام بعض الأدوات المستعملة في البحث والمتمثلة في المقابلة الشخصية و الملاحظة، وذلك عن طريق دراسة حالة في المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية (snvi) وحدة ورقلة، وعلى إثره تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، عدم استقلالية مصلحة مراقبة التسيير فهي تابعة لمصلحة المالية والمحاسبة، يتم عرض لوحة القيادة في شكل جداول فقط دون الاهتمام بالرسومات والأشكال البيانية، عدم الدقة في الأهداف المسطرة، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، العمل على استقلالية مصلحة مراقبة التسيير، استعمال الرسومات والأشكال البيانية في عرض لوحة القيادة، وجوب تنبيه المؤسسة الأم على ضرورة الاستعانة بأشخاص ذوي خبرة وكفاءة في عملية تحليل الانحرافات حتى تتمكن من وضع إجراءات تصحيحية سليمة واتخاذ قرارات أكثر دقة.

This study attempted to demonstrate how can the dashboard contribute in improving the performance of an economic enterprise, and with dealt with the following problematic: How can dashboard contribute in improving an economic enterprise? in order to solve it we conducted a theoretical and practical studies using interviews and observations through the case study of (SNVI).In the end of the study resulted that it does exist a management audit included within the department of finance and accounting realize that it is not independent. The dashboard was presented through tables and don't care about diagrams. The study has been concluded with these recommendations which are: the necessity of separating the management audit from the finance and accounting departing, then make her linked to the general manager directly so that this department can achieve its task independently, and determining the objectives, should fit the design methods in order to make the study and analysis easy, should consult more experienced persons in order to improve the achievements and ovoid problems.
