Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور المعايير التمويل في تحديد التوليفة المثلى لتشكيل الهيكل المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ،و التعرف على أهم المصادر التمويلية المتاحة أمامها .حيث تعرضت الدراسة الى حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الزيبان – القنطرة - بسكرة ، وقد تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على تحليل الميزانيات المالية للمؤسسة. في هذا السياق توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج اهمها : يعتبر التمويل محور أي نشاط اقتصادي، تتداخل مجموعة كبيرة من العوامل في تحديد واختيار المزيج التمويلي المناسب للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ومن بين هذه العوامل ما تفرضه طبيعة المحيط الخارجي للمؤسسة ، وما هو خارج عن تحكم المؤسسة ، ومنها ما يتعلق بطبيعة المؤسسة .

This study aims at identifying the role of financing standards in determining the optimal combination of the financial structure of small and medium enterprises, and identifying the most important financing sources that are available to them. Where the study was exposed on the case of the institution of Zyban’s Mills (kantra,Biskra) . In this context, the study reached a several of results, the most important one is: the Financial is considered as the pivot of any economic activity. A wide range of factors overlap in determining and choosing the appropriate financing mix for the economic institution. In between these factors are what it imposing by the nature of the external environment of the institution ;what it outside the control of the institution and ; What it concerning with the nature of the institution
