تقنية تسيير المداخيل في مؤسسات النقل الجوي في الجزائر ودراسة مدى تأثيرها على إدراك الزبائن لعدالة الأسعار )8102 -8102(

Abstract

تهدف مؤسسات النقل الجوي من و ا رء تطبيقها لتقنية تسيير المداخيل لتعظيم مداخيلها أين تعتمد على است ا رتيجيات وأدوات تسعيرية خاصة، التي وعلى المدى البعيد تهدد بإمكانية توليد إد ا رك لعدم عدالة الأسعار. وبناء على م ا زياها توجهت الد ا رسة إلى البحث عن كيفية تطبيق هذه الأداة على مستوى المؤسسة الأولى في خدمات الرحلات الجوية بالج ا زئر الخطوط الجوية الج ا زئرية، حيث أظهر ذلك تحسن في مداخيلها ومكانتها التنافسية دوليا بشكل طفيف بسبب تطبيقها الضيق لهذه التقنية المنحصر في بعض الآليات دون اعتمادها كأداة تسعي رية أساسية. كما تعرفت الد ا رسة أيضا على مدى إد ا رك زبائن المؤسسة لعدالة الأسعار وفق د ا رسة إستقصائية للمسافرين عبر رحلاتها، التي قدمت نتائجها معطيات رقمية بإد ا رك المسافرين لعدالة الأسعار وفق هذه الأداة، ما فسرته ذات الد ا رسة إلى عدم عدالة أسعار الرحلات بالنسبة للزبائن وعدم ملاءمتها لمستوى الخدمات.

The application of Yield management in airlines industries was for maximize its incomes, which is in the long term threatens to generate an awareness of price unfairness. Based on its advantages, the study headed to find out how this tool was applied on Air Algerie; where it led to an elaboration in their revenues and their international competitiveness slightly; because of the narrow application of this technique; which is limited in some mechanisms without being adopted as a basic pricing tool. The study also identified how much is the perception of the company's customers for the price justice according to a survey of passengers on its flights. Whose results provided digital data of the perception of passengers to the justice of prices according to this tool; which is explained by the same study to the unfairness of the prices of trips for customers and the lack of suitability to the level of services.
