Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مصطلح القيادة الإدارية ، وحاولنا توضيح دوره على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية " مامدى مساهمة القيادة الإدارية في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة ؟ ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 40 مفردة على العمال للمديرية العملية للإتصالات ، وكالة رمز03 ورقلة و استرجع 38 إستبيان وتم إلغاء 04، حيث تم استخدام عددا من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج SPSS19لمعرفةالنتائج المتوصل إليها واختبارفرضيات البحث التي تم وضعها ؛ وأظهرت هذه الدراسة وجودعلاقة بين القيادة الإدارية وإدارة المعرفة، و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الوكالة يقتضي بالضرورة مساهمة القيادة الإدارية في ذلك ؟

In this study, we discussed the teclarify its rrm administrative leadership.
