أثر بيئة العمل المادية على السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين دراسة حالة في المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية فرع-ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر بيئة العمل المادية على السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين في المؤسسة الوطنية لسيارات الصناعية فرع ورقلة، حيث تم ألاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدام الاستبيان على العينة الدراسة تم توزيع (55) استمارة و استرجاع (44) ﺣﻴﺚ ﺧﻀﻌﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻻاستبيانات إﱃ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ وﻓﻖ اﻟﱪﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻹﺣﺼﺎﺋﻲ(spss) ﻧﺴﺨﺔ22 وﲢﻠﻴﻠﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﻮﺻﻮل إﱃ ﻫﺬا اﻷﺛﺮ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: يوجد مستوي متوسط لبيئة العمل المادية للعاملين في المؤسسة الوطنية لسيارات الصناعية، يوجد مستوي متوسط لأبعاد السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين في مؤسسة بلغ متوسط الحسابي لها (2.171)، يوجد تأثير متوسط لبيئة العمل المادية على أبعاد السلوك الإبداعي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة

The study aimed to know Effect Physical work environment On creative behavior For employees In the National Corporation for Industrial Vehicles Branch of Ouargla ،The results were analyzed(44) according to the statistical program (spss)22 The results of the survey were analyzed in order to reach this effect. The results of the study were as follows: There is an average level of the physical working environment of the employees of the National Industrial Vehicle Corporation. There is an average level of the dimensions of the creative behavior of employees in an institution with an average of (2.171). There is an average effect of the physical work environment on the dimensions of creative behavior in the institution under study.
