التوازن المالي وفق المنظور الوظيفي وأثره على الخزينة دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب ENAFOR والمؤسسة الوطنية للآبار ENTP بحاسي مسعود - ورقلة خلال الفترة :2006 - 2014

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معالجة إشكالية التوازن المالي وفق المنظور الوظيفي ودور المعادلة الأساسية للخزية في تحليل التوازنات المالية بالنسبة لشركة ENAFOR و ENTP للفترة (2006-2014) من أجل تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسستين والكشف عن عراقيل تحقيق التوان بالإعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرات ( مؤشرات التوازن المالي ، النسب المالية )، وللاجابة على الاشكالية تم الاعتماد على المنهج دراسة حالة إستنادا على دراسة مقارنة والأسس النظرية المتبعة. وقد توصلت إلى أن شركة ENTP تحصلت على خزينة موجبة خلال فترة الدراسة مما جعلها متوازنة ماليا على غرار شركة ENAFOR التي لم تحقق توازنا ماليا بسبب عجز في الخزينة سنة 2009، إلا أن أداء المؤسستين كان متقارب بسبب الظروف الإقتصادية والمالية والتنافس

The objective of this study is to address the problem of financial balance according to the functional perspective and the role of the basic equation of the treasury in the analysis of the financial balances for ENAFOR and ENTP for the period 2006-2014 Based on a comparative study based on a comparative study and the theoretical basis In order to assess the financial performance of the two institutions and uncover the obstacles to achieving the balance based on a set of indicators (financial balance indicators, financial ratios).
