سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية وأهميتها في التشارك المعرفي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المديرية العملية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى أهمية سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في التشارك المعرفي لدى العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المديرية العملية ورقلة، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوزيع استمارة إستبيان على عينة بلغ عددها (72) عامل، تم استرجاع (60) استمارة قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي بواسطة برنامج (spss) النسخة (19)، إذ تمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في وجود مستوى عال من التشارك المعرفي وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، العلاقة الإرتباطية بين التشارك المعرفي كمتغير مستقل وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية متوسطة، بعدي الإيثار والسلوك الحضاري أكثر أبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية أهمية في فعالية التشارك المعرفي لدى العاملين.

This study aims at determining the importance of organizational citizenship behavior for knowledge sharing within the employees of Algérie Telecom Ouargla. This study is based on the descriptive approach and distributing a questionnaire on a sample of 72 workers from which 60 forms were retrieved. The forms are subject to statistical analysis by spss program,version 19. The most important results of the study were the presence with a high degree of knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior, the relationship between knowledge sharing as an independent variable and organizational citizenship behavior as a dependant variable is a positive medium relationship, alturism and civic virtue are the most important dimensions in knowledge sharing.
