Abstract

Ce mémoire traite le sujet des files d'attente du processus de modélisation mathématique en utilisant les processus de comptage (processus Poisson et processus exponentielles et processus de naissance et de la mort), et afin dedéfinir les lois fondamentales de la théorie des files d'attente. Ce mémoire est composé de deux parties (théorique et pratique).Il traite l'aspect pratique,l’étude sur terrain de l'application de la théorie des files d'attente dans le centre postal de la villede Ouargla.

This paper deals with the subject of mathematical modeling process queues by using counting processes (Poisson process and exponential processes and birth and death processes), and to define the fundamental laws of the theory of queues. This paper is composed of two parts (theoretical and practical).). It deals with the practical aspect of the field study of the application of the theory of queues in the postal center of the city of Ouargla.
