Civil society and elimination of administrative corruption: local good governance-approach.

Abstract

This study target to the statement of the role of civil society in the process of administrative reform and the elimination of corruption within the framework of activating the good governance in local-level, and the role of civil society in the reform of local administration, with the disclosure of the most important obstacles which limit its effectiveness in local governance.
